Our Zone hubs feature 100% CNC machined aluminium body with quadruple stainless bearings, forged steel 36t ratchet ring for stronger grain structure – this results in positive freehub engagement right across the board.

CNC HUB SHELL – 100% precision CNC machined hub shell with additional weight saving machining
SEALED BEARINGS – 4 Stainless bearings for quadruple bearing axle support. Co-moulded high-durometer main seal.
WIDE PROFILE – Wide stance bearing placement in freehub for more strength and support
AXLE – Seven step swaged and centreless ground axle for strength and precision. Slip-fit axle end caps for easy conversions
RATCHET – Forged steel 36t ratchet ring for stronger grain structure
CASSETTE OPTIONS – Cassette Options: Shimano/SRAM, SRAM XD, or Campagnolo
