Can I have some stickers?

What if my fork travel is outside the recommended range?

Travel outside the recommended range will alter the handling of your bike by either making the steering overly slow and raising the BB height [fork too long], or making the steering too ‘quick’ and lowering your BB height so that the pedals my clip the ground [fork too short]. So it’s best to try and comply with the range we recommend.

How can I find out about sponsorship?

Please use our contact form and select sponsorship as the subject. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Make sure you attach images, results and video as well as any press coverage you have too!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be assigned a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
