Orders over £50 including frames and bikes, are shipped free of charge. For smaller items / orders, please refer to the table below. Where possible, we’ll send you a tracking number for your orders.

Any local taxes (VAT), duties and handling fees to pay upon delivery are the responsibility of you the customer. These charges are collected by the courier company on behalf of Revenue & Customs offices of the country of receipt; not DMR Bikes.
We don’t ship complete bike orders overseas (outside the UK) – not directly from our DMR website or from our HQ based in the UK. We also can’t ship any DMR products direct to USA/Canadian addresses – we have a network of international distributors and bike shops around the world, so please search for your local bike shop or hit our
