DMR Vault Mg Pedal Spares

Are your Vault Mg Pedals feeling a bit locked up, keeping your from your riding treasures? We have all the spare and replacement parts to help boost your magnesium levels, and get your pedals spinning smooth again.

Please Note: There has been 2 iterations of the Vault Mg. From 2014 to 2019, the pedal body was CNC machined, and used the same Internal Spare Parts as the Vault Pedal. Since 2020, the new Vault Mg is made using a cast body, resulting in shorter axles, and different pins. New Vault Mg Pedal bodies can be identified by the "L" and "R" markings on the left and right pedals, respectively. 2014-2019 pedals do not have these markings.

SERVICE KIT
2x Bearing No. 686ZZ - 6mmØ ID (Internal Diameter). 13mmØ OD (Outer Diameter) 5mm Width.
2x Bushing - 12mmØ ID (Internal Diameter). 14mmØ OD (Outer Diameter) 12mm Width.
1x Nut - M6x0.75. 5mm deep. Right hand thread (left hand pedal) (fitted with 8mm socket).
1x Nut - M6x0.75. 5mm deep. Left hand thread (right hand pedal) (fitted with 8mm socket).
2x End Cap - M14x1x11.
2x Washer - 6mmØ ID (Internal Diameter). 9mmØ OD (Outer Diameter). 1mm Width.
2x Internal Rubber Seals.

SERVICE TOOL
The DMR Pedal Service Tool is designed to easily remove and refit bushings and bearings for your DMR Pedal. This version (V1) will work with DMR Vault, Vault Mag, V12, V12 Mag, V11, Flat4 and Versa pedals. You will also need the following tools:
• 6mm Allen Wrench.
• Ratchet.
• 8mm Socket.
• Soft (Rubber) Hammer.
• Vice.

PINS
Replacement pins for DMR Vault Mg pedal. These pins will also work with the older 2014-2019 Vault Mg pedals.
16 Short Pins - 8.5mm Overall Length. M4x0.7x4 Thread. 4.5mm Stud.
28 Long Pins - 12mm Overall Length. M4x0.7x6 Thread. 6mm Stud.
44 Pins in total - To secure pins, use either a 2mm Allen Wrench or 5mm Spanner (provided).

AXLES
Replacement axles for 2020- Vault Mg Pedal. 9/16" threads only. Available in Steel or Titanium.

Please Note: These axles will not fit the standard Vault Pedal, or 2014-2019 Vault Mg. Axles for those pedals can be found here.
